  • How does your dog walking service work?
    We start with a consultation to understand your pet's needs. Then, we schedule tailored walks, offering exercise, mental stimulation, and companionship.
  • Are your dog walkers trained and insured?
    Our dog walkers are professionally trained in handling dogs of all breeds and temperaments. They are also fully insured with Cliverton Insurance Company for your peace of mind.
  • What safety measures do you have in place?
    Safety is paramount. Our dog walkers use secure leashes, proper handling techniques, and assess walking routes for your pet's safety.
  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    Our dog walking service operates in all weather conditions. However, in extreme weather like thunderstorms or extreme heat, we prioritize your pet's safety and we adjust the walks accordingly.
  • How do I schedule or cancel a walk?
    Scheduling or canceling a walk is easy. Just click on "Client Area" and fill the "booking form" or "cancellation form". You will also required your client card with your account number in order to access the MDDC portal.
  • Dog has special medical or behavioral needs?
    Please let us know of any medical or behavioral concerns during the initial consultation. We'll ensure your pet receives the necessary care and attention during walks.
  • What areas do you serve?
    The area we currently serve are: Enfield, Winchmore Hill, Palmers Green, Southgate, Forty Hill (EN1, EN2, EN3, N13, N14, N21).

    We are also continuously expanding to include more neighborhoods. Contact us to inquire about availability in your area.
  • How can I get started with your service?
    Starting with us is easy. Just fill the "consultation form" on our "contact page" and we will promptly respond to your enquiry. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!
