Dog Walking policy
MDDC Policy

Welcome to our Terms & Conditions section. Here, you will find all the policies that govern our services.

  • The service
Our services include dog walking, pet sitting, and feeding, scheduled on agreed dates and times during our working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Walks take place in Forty Hill Park, with your dog collected and returned to the address provided.

We may walk up to 10 dogs at once, following safety guidelines.

Services may be delayed due to weather or illness, with prior notice if possible.

All services comply with relevant laws and RSCPA guidelines, and we hold public liability insurance with Cliverton Insurance.
  • First Assessment
To proceed, we need an in-person meeting to assess your needs and your pet's. Afterward, we'll review the agreement together.

Please provide the completed Assessment Form, signed Agreement, and keys/instructions if applicable before we start.
  • Bookings
To book one or more services, you must complete the “Booking Form” available in your MDDC portal using your client card account number.

  • Bookings after 1 month of inactivity
Bookings after 1 month of inactivity will require a company review.

For pets that have not been booked for a period of one month or more, a company review will be required. This reassessment will allow us to review the pet's current needs and engage with the owner as we would with a new client.

It also provides an opportunity to inform the owner of any updates to our services, pricing, or policies, and ensures we continue to deliver the highest level of care tailored to each pet's unique requirements.
  • Cancellations
To cancel a service, fill out the online “Cancellation Form” in your MDDC portal by acessing with your account number.

Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are fully refundable; those within 7 days are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 3 working days.

Weekly clients must pay at the start of each week, and monthly clients before the 1st of each month.
